1. Cancellations
You can cancel renewal at any time from subscription settings (with confirmation) or from the billing customer portal. Canceling prevents future charges and your paid access remains active until the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise.
2. Refund Requests
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge date. Requests are reviewed case-by-case, including accidental duplicate charges.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Final settlement time depends on payment provider and bank timelines.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Partial periods after cancellation where paid access remained active.
- Requests made outside the review window, except where law requires otherwise.
- Abuse, fraud, charge abuse patterns, or repeated policy violations.
